Year back I took a subscription of Tata Sky by paying Rs.7500 online through credit card. No one even called me to explain about the plan before installing after installation I found that most a Kannada channels were missing I tried reaching their customer care several times and found that they least care about us. And they never bothered about responding. compromised and continued using. Now from past one week there is no signal. They have add in their service channel saying they are upgrading their systems anyone facing no signal problem will be solved with just a missed call to them. From Thursday I have been given more than 100 missed call no one came to fix the problem.
It has created lot of frustration. Despite of paying 600 per month we had to stay bored in holiday period. Want the problem to be fixed ASAP.
