hello, i am using tatasky multi tv.i have a complaint for my second tv, i have recharge it on 24 th April 2014 for a year with rs.2200(yearly package).it was a yearly package but on 24th July my tv showed that your tatasky is deactivated then only i got to know that its been deactivated after knowing it i called cuts care on same day there i register my complaint from 24th i called them daily they told that our senior ll call u in next 2 hours…and finally they called me on 4th of august and said we have deducted the amount and your package was monthly. how can thee say this when i recharge it i called to customer care then i told them that you have a proof check your recordings and as a result of my daily calling to them they told that we have found 3 recordings now i don’t know what they have found they send me my recordings as i am very sure that in that recordings my yearly package of 2200 details will be there.please help me out as we are not able to watch tv. one thing more on 26th some executive said that recharge it with 100 rs.we will rectify the package may be it was some computer error.so i did the same but then too there was no result. note:i called them daily for continuously 10 days then they called me on 4th of august.
