Tata Sky,No service but paying for installation and service

After moving to this new apt, we contacted Tata Sky for relocation. The service person came around last week of May and told my wife he will fix a small box and that is sufficient, no need for dish. He collected 200/- for this in cash. No receipt. Then in 3 to 4 weeks, suddenly no signal. So we called again to Tata Sky and then another person Girish came. He said sorry, the previsous guy did not fix the dish but he connected to somebody else dish in the apt. Girish said he will fix dish, collected 475/- in cash, informed he will give receipt tomorrow, then told my wife dish has been installed now you will not have problem. From next day lot of distortion and slowly every day it is degrading a lot. Again we called Tata Sky, today Srikant came and he showed me that our wire is just tied to another dish but not connected. Girish also has not installed the dish. Kindly help to resolve this.

Also I have paid for Tata Sky for a yearly package but I dont get to view TV so the money i paid for nearly one month is of no use as I did not get the services.

Last 3 weeks I am not able to watch TV and me and my wife have been taken for a ride by Tata Sky. The number of phone calls we have made the amount of time we have spent is just a waste of time and causing unncessary stress. Also I have paid for Tata Sky for a yearly package but I dont get to view TV. I want to claim one month free extension of this package and a sum of 5000/- on emotional damages.
