Tata Sky,Not refunding money despite not able to provide services

I had recharged my account 1068266749 with an yearly package of Rs. 6600. On shifting my household to the adjacent society, Tata Sky was not able to install the dish on my new premises. As per society rules, drilling hole in the roof wall is not allowed. However, there are telecom company poles available for installation, I have windows in 02 different directions but still Tata Sky engineer Vuvek Kumar, declined all these options. When I contacted Tata Sky, they are not refunding my money despite not able to install the dish. I even gave them an option to transfer the amount to some other Tata Sky account which also they declined. In a way they are charing me everyday despite the fact the dish was not installed by them. I have spent at least 7-8 hours of calling for this. They say that they will call back but nobody does. They even close my complaint id’s without solving or without my consent. They are least bothered to help my course and are least affected if I go away.

Reimbursement of Rs. 6600 and Rs. 50000 as charges to the harrasement they have caused to me. I have called them a number of times (total duration will be 7-8 hours), despite my filing the complaint again and again, they automatically close the complaint. The next time I call, I again have to raise a new complaint and that too after explaining the case to a new person. Despite promises of call backs, no body calls back
