tata swach bulb – stopped filtering water with purifying 0-1 liter a day

i purchased tata swach bulb on 12.11.2013, with warranty of 3000 litres purifying capacity, but after filtering 400-500 litres (i.e after 30-35 days of purchasing), it almost stopped filtering water with purifying 0-1 litre a day only. suffering with diminishing filtering capacity of bulb day by day, i rang up call center of tata swach on 3.01.2014 and intimated them with problem, they registered my problem with complain no. tsds03-01-2104-39457 with assurance that in 48 hours i will get visited by their technical expert to short out issue but they didn’t. after expiry of 72 hours i again called them up, this time they made same promise which they didn’t keep again. so far i have already called them up to 5-6 times with no result. even i reached to tataswach at tataswach@tatachemicals.com from keshav.narayan1991@gmail.com on 15.01.2014s. i haven’t get reply so far. it is to be noticed that i have been using tata swach bulb since 2 years, but not a single bulb has filtered even 1000-1200 litres, far short from tall claim of 3000 liters.

1- replacement of bulb. 2- compensation on part of mental harassment and economic sufferings. 3- a sincere apology from tata swach for insensitivity towards customers. 4- structuring down the claim of tata swach filtering 3000 litres.
