TataSky – Inadequate Service overcharging

Some channels, Times Now, Star world & CNN-IBN stopped working on Nov 18 and were restored on Nov 21 after filing on complaint. But they once again are disrupted on Nov 23 and complaint was filed with them again on their website. TataSky wants to me to pay visit charges to correct the fault, when the fault is at their own Server end, and moreover they have taken money to ensure that customers get all channels for which they pay. Its unfair trade practice to arm twist the customer to pay more money. Why TataSky over charge customers for delivery of channels in the package? Kindly intervene and ask Tatasky to cheat customers and cause them harm. Isn’t it duty of TataSky to provide all channels for which they have received money in advance?

Restoration of all channels for which i have paid. Refund for the period of non-service & financial compensation for the psychological pain & injury.
