This is regard to my set up box of Tatasky for which i have logged complaint with them number of time due to which the picture was not seen clearly due to some technical issue which the tata sky representative and the company was not able to resolve the issue this issue is being logged prior the monsoon arrival and every alternate months or quarter months 1 or 2 complaints are being logged with tata sky which they are not able to resolve the issue, so pathetic service provided by tata sky and technician are so pathetic to identify the root cause of the problem in spite of repeating problem face i had categorically request to change the set up box for which i was ready pay but still the problem are not resolved by the service with a derive consequences of facing with it. During the expiry of tata recharge their team call and request with service will be provided

replace the tata sky setup box or refund the value with no service hereafter
