purchsed TATA SWACH BULB ONLINE on sept 25, 2013 after making payment immediately and got delivered on January 20, 2014. In between i made number of complaints and sent number of emails saying to them to return my money after considerable delay. I also told them that the bulb that i purchased from the market is also defective. and now what they have delivered me after 4-5 months is also defective.

Now I do not want my TATAswach bulb replaced but want compensation of INR 50000 for harassing for so many months.
