Taxi For sure – Higher Charges Fraud Bill Receipt

Taxi For sure or Cheat Forsure, This is to inform regarding my journey on 12th July 2014 with Taxifor sure under Booking ID TFS-AT-C2202644 bearing Vehicle Reg No. DL-01-YD-0130 From Airport Terminl 1 to Gadaipur Sultanpur having distance of 16 kms and the fair is 309 as per message received and even last journney i had with Taxiforsure for same place with same fair. Unfortunately the deputed driver Mr. Rambabu charged 505 rupees from me. When i informed him about the message of 309 rupees received from taxiforsure he didnt gave any ear to my request and with rude behaviour he took 500 rupees from me with out any receipt or bill. After that i made complaint against the same with Taxiforsure Authorities/Customer care, But no response. They unnoticed my request and replied i will receive call back from customer care but till now nothing. Now on today 16th July 2014, I booked the Taxi from the same CheatfFor Sure for the same destination under Booking ID TFS-AT-C2242758 . Surprise Driver collected Rupees 309 from me without any receipt and after half an hour i received SMS and e-receipt of rupees 225 from Cheater for sure. God bless their ethics.

Customer Relations Jul 16 (5 days ago) to me Dear Mr. Alam Afroz, Thank you for writing to us. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have investigated your issue regarding overcharge and the fare message mismatch. We have found the below points in relation to the travel. 1. Booking id: TFS-AT-C2202644, the booking was done from Terminal 1 to Saket. The approximate distance for the same is 16 kms. The customer who was travelling in the cab was different and as per the driver the customer took him to Gadaipur DLF farms. The route taken according to our GPS records was From Terminal 1 to Mahipalpur to Vasant kunj to Chattarpur and finally Gadaipur DLF farms. The total distance from is approximately 21 kms of the same. After that the driver has charged the MCD (Rs. 65) + Rs 30 for the manual bill asked by the customer. The total of the same is Rs. 474 and charged amount from the customer the total of Rs. 505/-. Rs. 31/- has been the difference of amount. The same will be refunded back to the customer travelling in the cab. The fare in SMS has come according to details provided at the time of booking. 2.The other booking TFS-AT-C2242758, from Sultanpur to Terminal 1. The distance is 16 kms and the amount to be charged by the customer is Rs. 309. The message has been sent to you is incorrect due to technical error and we really apologies for the same. The driver has not taken any wrong amount from you. The bifurcation of the same is ( Rs 225 for first 10 kms and Rs. 14 for 6 kms, total Rs. 309). We have been in touch with you for the issue. Ms. Nisha from customer care team contacted you on 13/7/2014 and 16/7/2014. There was also a conference call with the driver was arranged. The number provide by you i.e. 9818267424 today, is a invalid number. We will take a severe action against the driver for the overcharge and providing the bill to the customer. As our company policy, providing the manual bill to the customer is prohibited. We provide the bill only through e-mail id provided by the customer.
