Taxi Service – Booked SUV cab and service given sedan cab

I had booked a SUV Cab for 10.30 pm on 21st June,2015 Booking ID: TFS-PP-C22794116. But around 10.26 I receive a call from the company stating that there is no suv available and the will arrange some other cab. I had booked well in advance for the cab and at that time I even received a mail from the company regarding the suv cab conformation. I received a sedan cab at around 11.05 pm. There were 5 passengers with luggage so it was very difficult to fit in. This is the third time that this is happening, they take the booking but cannot deliver. We were helpless in this situation, my aged parents suffered a lot. This company ruined my Fathers Day plan which I had organised. They ruined everything.

I want a sincere apology from the company for the misbehavior. I want compensation in whatever format possible by the company for the mental and physical torture they have given us. They ruined my Fathers Day Plan, which I had organised at home. I want this company to compensate for my loss
