Totally unreliable service and callous attitude of the driver as well as the call centre executives. We had booked a cab today for 6:30pm departure to Airport to catch a flight at 8:20pm. First of all, we did not receive driver and vehicle contact details till half an hour prior to the scheduled time. That also, because we called up the call centre, we were provided the details. Due to bad weather, we called the driver and confirmed if he is able to reach on time or not. Atleast 5 times on 5 different calls at different intervals, he said that he shall reach in 5-10 minutes and that we need not arrange for alternate conveyance to airport. After reaching our residence, he unnecessarily wasted 10 minutes. Despite the delay, he did not seem a bit concerned to efficiently drive the car. At one point of time, I felt that the driver is drunk. But I didnt want to make things worse. When we sat in the cab after loading the luggage, he still did not start the cab for another 3-4 minutes, God knows for what reason. When I asked to start the vehicle, he says that “Mausam dekh ke baat karo”….Shame….When I called the call centre to register complaint, first thing they tell is that we had sent an SMS that we are not responsible for delays….If this is the first thing you do that you put in writing about not being responsible, then sad…..You have no right to operate. A drop service to railway stations and airports is of utmost responsible nature. You cannot wash hands off your responsibilities….

I want that they put it in writing that it is their mistake to give wrong commitments in a time of rush hour. At the last moment, it is not feasible to arrange for alternate arrangements. They should have the courtesy to accept the mistake. Also, I want a compensation for the alternate travel arrangement that we had to bear, i.e. Rs.12000
