TBZ – Mangalsutra which was defective poor service

I had purchased a new magalsutra(worth Rs.45752/-) along with bangles (worth Rs.196821/-) on Nov 29,2013 . Within 8 days the magalsutra had broken .I had gone to their showroom in approx 8-10 days after purchase .I had requested to them to replace the piece since it had broken in such a short span of time and the edges were not sharpened due to which it use to hurt me at the back of my neck and my hair would get entangled.They refused saying that after 7 days of billing they donot replace the piece and just soldered and sharpened the edges and returned it to me but their manager assured that if it happens next time they will replace it.Is was very shocking for me that even though i purchased it at such a high price it had broken in 8 days of purchase .The material purchased from roadside also is not that poor quality.In May 29th 2013 ,again it broke at the same place.I asked their manager Asha Temke to replace it as assured earlier but instead she was speaking too rudely.The cctv camera can be checked from their showroom.She told me that this piece will be replaced but the making charges has to be paid additionally .I showed her how badly the sharp edges used to hut me due to their poor quality and this was the reason why it had broken earlier also.But instead she argued that it was due to our negligence and told me that i should have checked the piece before purchasing .They handed me the piece after soldering which was very stiff and would break at any time .Again she argued that it would get loosen in a day or two and would not break when i insisted she called her goldsmith and he said that yes it would break again.What is the point is wearing such a piece which had again got more chances of breaking at any time .The person who is wearing it will constantly be under fear that it may break at any time and be lost.Then she changed her stance and said that if it breaks come again for repairing .Is this the only work i have after purchasing such costly item .Instead of been polite she kept on arguing .It is bound that the we being at the customers place would be angry for such poor service .My concern is that even after purchasing such costly item i am not able to wear it due to the fear that it may break at any time and get lost.And also false marketing has been done to me, Why did the manager assure with whom i dealt when it broke for the first time that he would take care that it would not break next time and take the responsibility.At the time of sales these people behave very politely but after sales behavior is too rude…. “I have mentioned in the brand name Home solution since TBZ does not exist”

I want that this piece of magalsutra should be replaced.The same amount of gold should be used in the substitute piece without adding any making charges.
