I have bought a flat in TDI Espania Heights project which is in Sector 19 Sonipat. My loan is already sanctioned from Indiabulls but builder is not providing project related documents to bank for further processing. I am geeing financial losses because of that.According to consumer protection act 1986 builder can’t deny for these document. Please help how to proceed further.

If builder arrange all required document and hand over to bank , my loan will be disbursed
