Dear Sir,

I had purchased one CITI Gold Chain for my wife on 30/08/2009 with cash price of Rs.275/- from NIKKI’S COLLECTION, 12/2b, Karl Marx Sarani, Gr.Floor, Kidderpore, Kolkata – 700023. On 11/09/2009 the chain was teared/splited one portion. After that when I contacted the Shop owner they refused to entertain us as they are telling they are responsible only for colour and not for any other reason. After great persuasion they told that they will approach the manufacturer and kept the chain. On 15th September, 2009 the shop owner returned and told the manufacturer also refused to entertain the same.

Now, it is requested to kindly take such appropriate steps so that the shop owner should change the Chain immediately.
