PLAN mismatch in between builder and bank for that reason bank is not disbursing proper amount to the builder and builder showing penalty on demand letter which is giving me a very mental harassment.

Solve the matter from both side builder ans bank so that so that i get my further disbursement on time to avoid these type of mental harassment.
