On 01.05.2014 we ordered one table mate and one wrist watch for rs.1850/- from telebuy and they delivered one table mate only. Sales person informed that he forgotten to bring the wrist watch and assured to send the same by courier. I trusted the sales people and paid rs.1850/-. But till date i am not receive the wrist watch

on 06th may 2014 we informed to your customer care phone no.044 42447015 for the above refereed matter. we received a complaint no.5614050520408 through sms and further informed that your problem will we solved with in 48 hours. but there in no response till date. on 11.05.2014 once again we called the customer care phone no.044 42447015 and we enquired about the above complaint. immediately they sent another sms with new complaint
