Dear Sir/Madam,

I’ve been receiving numerous calls mainly from Telemarketers Callers on my Vodafone Cell No {9920984113}. It’s a major nuisance as I’ve never subscribed to any of these products or services. The issue I have escalated 3-4 times. Some calls have stopped but others linger.

Vodafone’s complaint redressal offers no solace as I have to record each caller, his purpose & no. which defeats the very purpose of the DND. Also I’d recently changed to a Corporate Plan with them while I was with Times of India so I think they are sharing my mobile number among 3rd parties & affiliates.

I’d be very happy that if all these cellular or mobile operators give us an open choice of whether to have such or receive such calls in the first place. But they don’t give us an option
