actually i was trying to buy a airo sofa cum bed so i register only my number and email on airosofa.in then someone like sk sharma called me and take the order but now there is an hole in sofa and nobudy taking the call online once they picking call from unknown number when tery know that the person is me they stops taking. they take 5000 for it. nad now they are not reday to refund or exchabge this please help.

just my money back or they replace it with they new one that they promise or i order
