Teleskyshop – wrong item delivery care people are not responding

Dear Sir, I ordered HGP with order ID: BD-3802 and I received another item instead of HGP. The same discussed with customer support engineer and they told to me we will send your HGP with in one week(by 13/1/14) and same time I asked for reference number for the complaint.they are not provided that time. Again i asked on 15/1/13 on the status of item and they replied we arrange in one week. The customer care people are not responding and my mobile number are put in a automatic reject list. so iam not able to contact customer care also and they are not responding to mail also.

i want my ordered product(HGP) OR otherwise my money back.
