I,ashok kumar gupta was appointed in the Rajeev gandhi memorial college of aeronautics jaipur,Rajasthan (RGMCA) as an Electrical insrtructor on 01/12/2008 @ 14000/- pm under the terms and conditions of RGMCA which is approved by Director General of Civil Aviation New Delhi.On 06/06/09 I was terminated from the services of RGMCA without assigning any reason for termination with the signature of director asking me to hand over the charge of electrical lab and settle my salary account on 10/06/09.I visited RGMCA on 10,11 & 12/06/09 to hand over the charge,but on 10 & 11/06/09 I was not attended for handing/taking over.At last on 12/06/09 I could hand over the charge of electrical lab to the chief instructor but my salary account was not being settled which included 66 days of payment & security amount.After several visits & telephone calls,I was paid Rs 10000/-on 01/08/09 & 5000/- on 10/08/09 & there after started abusing & denied for the balance amount of Rs 19548/-.The matter was reported to the DGCA also but all in vain.I request you to look into the matter sympathetically and get my account settled at the earliest.
