my self ramsinghasan sachan.i have taken dream plan from birla sun life insurance last june or july whose application no. is 11960298
due to some reasons case been declined,the case been logged by birla sun life employee of alternate channel Alok Srivastav from kanpur.

for last one year neither Alok Sristava nor his bosses RSM Anurag,SM Mayank Shukla giving me any response regarding my 10 thousand cheque.

since i did not get my money back i m in trouble,in my case birla sun life employee Alok Srivastav cetegorically responsible.kindly help me out in getting my money back and take stringent action against MR. Alok Srivastava.
for this i m hieghly indebted to you
