I duly paid my subscription for “The Times of India” for a period of one year (August’12 – July’13) through cheque no. 351732 of ICICI bank dt. 03/07/2012. The receipt (of subscription) order no. is 3691085. But it’s been one year and I am yet to receive the coupons which were supposed to be issued as a token of subscription. My vendor has already delivered the newspapers and now demanding the coupons. When I contacted the authority recently over phone as well as e-mail on 07/08/13(ph. no: 033-39898090; e-mail id: crm.kolkata@timesgroup.com)they simply denied issuing the coupons.

Issuance of coupons to me by “The Times of India” or else I want a compensation of Rs. 1500/- (1100+390).
