THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.. IN MY LIFE, IDEA USERS MUST CHANGE THEIR IDEA

I AM AN X-AIRTEL USER AND I WAS PREETY HAPPY BUT SINCE AM WORKING FOR A CORPORATE COMPANY THEY FORCEFULLY MADE US SWITCHED TO IDEA AND WE HAD ALMOST 600 CONVERSATIONS FROM DIFFERENT SERVICES CONVERTED TO IDEA AND MAXIMUM R FACING ISSUES, it seems like IDEA employee trying to hide companys flaws. Plz let the customers know the truth so that others are not fooled as i was fooled by some cheap schemes, which are totally useless if you cant call and receive the calls when most required. And some of customer care centres dont even know about some schemes and call center is totally inaccessible any time.:madness::madness::madness…, and even though my credit limit is 7000 and my current months bill is 400/- only and if i forget to pay on or before due date they deactivate my outgoing calls which is really bullshit and after calling on their call center and begging them to pls activate the necessary services they do it only for 24Hours and again on the 2nd day you have to beg them for the reactivation and this goes on untill you dont pay the 400/- Rupees or the full amount mentioned in your bill,

just a advice to all the Service Providers: when we activate the Mobile Internet Service with limited usage and during that period if we check the current usage of the entire services we are using why dont we get the actual usage cutting the discounts and the free internet charges etc i would like to add on this to upgrage your fucking system coz this makes me really pissed off and even this fucking idea dont have much billing centers where i can pay my bill shit am really screwed rite now…

I have suffering the poor service, False committed made by Idea cellular, mental harassments, and loss of time and money due to period my Incoming was blocked. I asked for the compensation which they refused to do so. Now they sent personnel to my residence to collect the bill amount.

I don’t have objection in giving the pending bill amount. But I want to ask the questions to Idea Cellular, Who will compensate me for the Poor Service, Unserviced Period, Mental harassments, false promises, Violation of telecom rule etc.

customer care executive are no help!…they are bumch of jokers sitting there having a good time disconnecting “cusyomer’s” calls……they hang up on you,,,,they disconnect the call when they dont know what to do!!!

The “ESCALATION DESK” is always “busy”…..the call just gets disconnected…no option to hold

However, on my number, whenever i make a call…there is an automated voice which says “Aapka numner band ho sakta hai kripya nazdeeki idea showroom mein ja kar documents jama karwayein….” Its a 30 second long IVR which plays before i can make a call……THIS IS VERY VERY IRRITATING!

WHY A COMPANY HAVING CORPORATE ACCOUNT IS TREATED LIKE THIS .
We have had a lot of inconvenience in mmunicating with our people .Why should we tolerate such a bad treatment .

I have lost the trust in Idea cellular. I will advise all my friends to think 100 times while taking the service of Idea cellular (in broad any product from Aditya birla Group).

Don’t treat this complaint as negative but to improve your service and gain the trust of your esteemed customers.
