My Name is Praveen ainala.I’m from Hyderabad.I’m an employee of Genpact India.Pvt.Ltd.As a part of my job responsibilities I went to USA last year.My company gave a Borderless Prepaid Card(Thomas cook) which has been already credited with some amount for my personal use in USA.I tried to withdraw 482 USD twice on 22/10/2014 at UBI Federal Reseve credit union,PLAIN VILLE/USA. Both the transactions got failed and I could not get the amount.The transaction no are 4254, 4255.After coming back to India,in November 2014 I called them on their toll free no and they said they are investigating the issue and would be resolved. I called them once in a month but they said they are still working till 5 days ago.Now they are saying the issue has already been closed and we can’t help you out as 30 days is the dead line for resolving out a disputed transaction.They are humiliating me saying you can complaint anywhere you want and we are not going to help you out.

I want the concerned from the Thomas cook Borderless prepaid services to credit my money 965 USD back as early as possible.
