To sell Euro currency i booked with Thomas cook in online and i paid Rs 2876 as an advance money with Apex number FX10107187, they Promised that this Rs 2876 to my account, but as of now i did not my money back and no proper response from Thomas cook people.

I was mentally torched everyday by saying call tomorrow and call tomorrow. No way of getting back my money

I want my money to be returned with some penalty on Thomas cook India ltd
