I have received a call from Mr. Suresh Gupta, Rohini, New Delhi (011-46866223) who is working in ICICI Bank Ltd, Credit Card Collection Dept., Rohini main branch. He called me yesterday (24th Feb 2009) morning and told me to return the payment slip (C 1108 7111392), RBI has rejected the payment. If I will not return the payment slip then Mr. Suresh Gupta will bounce my cheque with any xyz reason and a case of Section 138 will be apply on me. He clearly mentioned over the phone that he will not take any responsibility of this case.
