how can a ticket counter person say no to give pass for borivli to andheri only for the reason that the photo on identity card came out due to less of sticking. saying when would be the muhurt of sticking photo.
how can you appoint such illmannered ticket counter person on the counter. who also used abusive words and said ladies are all stupid.
The identity contained photo with proper stamp of railway. The signature was proper.
