Hi,
I had booked 6 tickets for the match between RCB Vs DD which was scheduled to happen on 27th March, but due to local elections the match was pre-poned to 25th march. I called them many a times for the ticket and was informed that the tickets will be sent to my home address 3 days prior to the match. Most of the time their number is busy or no one answers the phone. When i spoke to them yesterday they had informed that the tickets have been dispatched but they didnt a tracking number. Absolutely pathetic service and cheaters.

My card has also been charged for extra money once and they had told that they would refund the money but that was also not done.

i dont know how to lodge a complaint on them
