Tikona 4G Broadband Internet – Pathetic Customer Care

I took tikona brodband on 27-Sep-2013 and charged me rs 2950 in advance for 3 months.It works for 1 week.I had a technical problem on 4-Oct-2013,and called minimum 30 times to customer.No one bother to rectify the problem and asking me to unplug&plug the cable, which didn’t solve the problem.10 days back called the them to disconnect and return my money back. Still no action has been taken. My tikona customer ID is:1109149029

I demand Interest for money paid in advance. I paid min rs.50 per day in Internet cafe to do for my personal works. Fuel charges to visit the internet cafe rs 5 per day. waste of my time in calling the customer care and visiting the internet cafe. mental tension while calling the customer care.

I also want my money back with 24% interest. Fuel Reimbursement & the money which I paid in internet cafe till this issue resolved. Some penalty for poor customer care.
