Refer to My Service ID – 1107357667. Renewal of my Connection was 26th of April 2014. But Due to technical Issue i was facing from last 2-3 months (Jan’14 to April’14) I confirmed with Tikona Customer Care that i don’t want to continue with Tikona Connection any more. As per your company rule 15 days procedural time was required and it was under retention. I never confirmed that i want to use the connection again. But i was getting call and even your recovery team came to my use 2 times, after 26th of April between or earlier June 13, mentioning i have pending payment. Although i have already mentioned or confirmed to your retention Team that I will not use the connection. In spite of confirmation , tikona team never closed the connection, rather generated bill for six months and started harassing on calls for bill payment. Same was i got call from Mr Krishnan your Technical team, on June around 7th to 10th for retention and he assured me of giving me discount for the period I was facing Technical Issue. After this Confirmation i started using Tikona Connection, and confirmed mail from Kirshan that Rupees 800 will be levied for next Bill. 25-04-2014 TO 11-06-2014 NO Usage of Tikona Connection Due to Technical Issue. I paid rupess 2750 ( After Confirmed Discount of 800 , from 3350), which was supposed to be Considered from June 12th. 2014 I have changed my Plan – on 26th june for 700 Rs + Service tax , Total 786 per Month. Before that, from 13th june to 25th July @ Previous Plan – Bill Amount of 280. Remaining amount = 2750 – 786-280 = 1503. Plus, Last two Months of Previous 6 Months = 1123. Plus, 500 Rupees Installation Fees, that I have paid for, as i have to Take other New New Connection. I have already complained on 3rd aug for non working Internet connection. In-spite of connectivity on 9th I have raised for Disconnection. I have called Tikona customer Care, in every 3 days and i have been told by tomorrow my connection will be OK. But, in vain. There is a major technical issue, and i have given false promise. And today 24th Aug after 15 day i had not received any confirmation of my refund.
Request to help me get a minimum compensation of 20000 from Tikona.
