Hi, I had requested for the termination of the services provided by Tikona due to personal reasons. This request was placed in the beginning of Sep-2013 (From the attached Tikona.zip, you may refer to the Service Request No_Tikona.JPG which displays all the Service nos which were generated from 16-Sep-2013 requesting deactivation). I would like to bring to your attention that all the bills had been paid for all the usage and there were no bills outstanding until 30-Sep-2013. However, Tikona still managed to generate a bill for Oct-Nov-Dec-2013 on 26-Sep-2013 and started to continuously call me and harass me for the payment for these three months whereas I had requested for the services to be terminated in Sep-2013. They even started to call me from an unidentified Delhi Number mentioning that they are calling me from the Delhi Court and I have been issued a summon and I need to be present in the Delhi Court to fight the case (details of the same are available as Tikona Case Detainee within the attached Tikona.zip file). Due to this continuous torture, mental harassment and embarrassment I paid them 2100/- on 28-Nov-2013 (you may refer to all the documents pertaining to the same in the attached Tikona.zip). Tikona has again sent me a bill dated 26-Dec-2013 with a further outstanding amount of 1101.25. As per the Company policy and guidelines, I have also contacted Tikona Representatives on 9604122416 / 9225541920 to take the devices which were installed at my residence during signing up for the internet services with TIKONA, however nobody responded on the above mentioned contact numbers. Request you to kindly review the same. This is a harassment and an embarrassment to me wherein I have never defaulted on any payment. I thus request the consumer forum to take this issue up strongly with TIKONA. Warm regards, Rozebeh Bharda

I thus request TIKONA to look into this matter and provide me with a written apology in reference to this cheating, mental harassment and the embarrassment caused to my entire family which I have encountered with TIKONA. I also would like to be compensated for the above with an amount of Rs 2,00,000 /- for all the cheating, mental harassment, mental torture and the embarrassment of my entire family.
