Reg. : Full and Final Settlement details for our Account no. 117259882 against our internet broadband services Tikona user ID 1105780828. We have lodged a complaint of disconnection on Tikona customer care number on 10th January, 2014 & 16th January, 2014. We have lodged the complaint in writing through mail on 17th JAN & 22nd JAN,2014. Mail attached for reference. We have not used Tikona internet connection after 16th Jan. We have unplugged the device and sent you the mail. We used to pay in advance. Our billing cycle is from 26th of every month. We had already paid tikona dues in advance till 26th January, 2014. As per Tikona bill they are demanding advance rental for a period of 26 jan to 25 Feb 2014 . When tikona had admitted to disconnect then how can they demand payment of advance rental. Please check as per tikona attached invoice they are demanding advance rental for Static IP for a period of 26 jan 2014 to 25 jan 2015. There is no amount due from our end. Kindly close this issue.
Cancel the Invoice B1-47116181. Reimburse the amountof Rs.10,000/- due to Tikona.
