tikona – are harassing me for the payment.

Dear Sir/Madam, I already have raised many complaints against tikona. Still they are harassing me for the payment. Below is the detail about my complaint. Description: I booked a tikona broadband connection in aug 2010. I ever faced issues with their services. I launched many complaints through phone and mails. But I never received any response from them. I was not able to disconnect the connection since it was a prepaid connection. In aug 2011, I received a call from their customer care for renewal of connection. Since I was not satisfied with their services so I denied for any renewal and asked them for disconnection. After 10-15 days I received a mail from their billing department for the payment. I again replied them back that I already have disconnected the connection and using Hathway instead. But i dint received any response back. However they kept calling me continuously with 10-15 days interval, for the payment. Every time, I explained them the whole story and dropped a mail. In last, I said that if they don’t stop disturbing me like this I’ll launch a grievance against them. So I dint received any call further. Now, after 1 year, I received a call from an advocate Mr Rajiv from Delhi that tikona has launched a complaint against me in court for non payment of bill. They are again forcing me for the bill payment. I have all mails with me which I dropped to tikona department.
