So the last date for my subscription was 11th Oct. They told me to call before 26th to discontinue my service. I did the same. Then I had to go to Bangalore. Then I started getting calls for payment. What the hell? They asked me 4700 something for next three months whereas I already have discontinued their service and tikona guy collected their modem from office. You know what they said? They say, their bill generation is counted from 26th to 26th. So why didn’t anyone inform me that before? And I used their connection until 5th Oct. I already bought a spare connection and started using that. You know what tikona people says? When you complain for discontinuing the service…You need to stop using their service instantly. Now, When I already paid you 5700 Rs for 3 months(11th July to 11th Oct), and you want me not to use the service? Kahaa ka kanoon hai bhai? I was in bangalore, in roaming and I emailed them not to call me for a week. And I don’t want to hear their cuckoo voice because I am not used to. I will reply to them via email. But still I kept on getting 1-2 calls from them everyday. They have harassed me from day 1. Previously, their service was not proper so I had to call them every few days and now with their calls. And I already posted a review about their service 2 months ago. So, I am discontinuing their service. Another thing, everytime I call them, I don’t want their connection. They start the same upselling thing. Sir, what issue are you having? We can send our guy and solve it. (They previously solved it and next day it used to be the same.) SO I said, no I just want to remove tikona’s name from my list. Every other day, there were some issues on internet. Meanwhile 1-2 days, their services were disrupt from root and we could not have any internet where I deal online with my customers. They never gave me extra days for their bad service. For the most part of the day, their service used to work at around 100-200 kbps. I could hardly open even google.com When I was in Bangalore, On 9th oct, finally a guy comes and takes the modem from my office when I wasn’t available. I have attached the screenshot about modem return receipt. So, I took a sigh of relief in Bangalore. But this story is not going to end without twists. They kept on calling me for payment. They just screwed up my entire Bangalore business trip. (I am lucky, I wasn’t in Dubai for this thing, else they’d have got a leverage that I don’t pickup even their calls). Now, I had to return. After I returned, I called them and the guys in Tikona Service center are no better than Reliance Customer care. I want Tikona to remove me from their hitlist. As I paid them 5700 Rs and I used their connection less than 3 months, they should close my case and the money they are asking to pay 4100, I can not pay at all when I have not used their service. I want them to publicly say me sorry and if their billing cycle is 26th to 26th, they should not ask customer to pay money for quarter because that is pure fraud. They should calculate the amount and ask for billing money upto 26th that comes in a nearby month of customer’s bill expiry.
