user id-1101973461 this is ramesh kumar.today i got a message today of bill.2597 rs.i was the regular punctual customer of your service. i have paid my bill till 15 September.after that i had called them daily for network disconnection because of bad service but those guys never listened me.you can look at my session history duration.i was getting frequent disconnection problem but no one had taken action on this. legally i should have to pay the bill of 15 September to 14 October but i did not pay because i had lodge complain many times after 15 September for network disconnection you guys never took that seriously. i had been using your connection since 3 years and i have given your connection to lot”s of my friends but really on those months i fed up with their connection. after calling lot”s of time they had disconnected my service in 20 days.why should i pay for that?but ok i am also ready with that because i had used connection in that disconnection period time. Now after disconnecting the service i got a call from their side and their executive said to me that Sir your connection has been disconnected our engineer or executive will collect device from you.No need to worry about that. but no one came at my place.when i called in billing department today then they are telling me that they have sent a email on 15 October for concern person.but i did not get any email because today i got the news that they have sent email on rame10285@gmail.com but my registered email id is rami10285@gmail.com so its not my fault. i do not have any use of this device even i have kept it very nicely but it”s not my fault .i got 2-3 time call for court threat or legal punishment . if you can then please co-operate me.
