The company does not provide the exact bill plan given as per website..they cheats customer by giving wrong details, and after taking up the plan they provide some other details..according to the plan ADBBM849.. i should get 1mbps of constant speed in secondary usage.. but i get speed from 110kbps to 450 kbps something like that.. And they keep calling for bill dues.. if the connection is working or not, they don’t check..and also they send executives to house. for collection of payments…even after i told them that i will pay it after some days..
i want the exact speed which is given in the website. 1mbps of constant speed in secondary usage. because other plan that is ADBBM599 provides constant speed of 512 kbps..which is given in the website..everyone are liars. technical people will tell one thing and billing team will tell one thing.. And please make sure that they do not harass customers for bill dues. i am using this connection since 2010.. i know when to pay and when not.. they should not call me unnecessarily..
