Tikona Billing Continues After Disconnection

I have called tikona around 5 times to disconnect my connection, the first call was on 2nd february, 2015 and didn’t get any response, regarding this i sent a mail also for which I get a call from tikona and they assured me to disconnect and I paid all my outstanding but again I get a bill generated and sent to me for the month of february. It is really frustrating for me.

I don’t want to pay the bill of 1400 generated this month since I have already requested for the termination of service. I want my connection to be terminated and I don’t want any call from Tikona in future(They keep on calling me to retain the connection).
