Tikona Broadband – Internet stopped, Issue Unresolved

I am using Tikona Broadband services. My internet has stopped functioning practically from 22nd October, 2014. It has been highly erratic from 10 days before actually. Several requests and phone calls to the customer care has only resulted in promises of “it will be okay in next 24 hours”, but the problem still persisted; there was no connectivity at all. only on 27th of November, a technician comes (the first and the last till date during this period), but fails to resolve anything. Another technician was assigned on 28th November, only after I called customer care again. That person, or anyone else, never showed up despite several requests yet again. On 29th October night I gave customer care final ultimatum of immediately resolving my problem. They again told me that “the problem will be resolved in next 24 hours”. Hopeless and hassled, I made a request to discontinue my services, and a bill waiver request from 22nd October 2014 onward, so that I may install services of any other service provider. Till today, there is no steps taken by the Company, except for a mail stating “Kindly note that still our team is working on your technical issue, once the issue will get resolve kindly contact us for the waiver request” on November 1.

1. Waiver of any charges, bill etc from 22 October onward 2. Immediate disconnection of my services 3. Refund of all of my installation charges, since I have been forced to get another service provider with new cost of installation because of Tikona’s incompetence 4. Compensation of Rs. 25,000/- which I think is justified and which covers my actual and potential financial losses (given my work-station is at home), and harassment and hassle which I suffered given my physical state.
