Hello Sir, I have had a horrible experience with Tikona Broadband Services. Initially they had charged me a bill amount for which I had not used their services since I could not use the internet service as per there engineer.We had provided them in numerable number of complaints also I had mailed to them waiting for their reply. they did reply back in the mail but they never maid any genuine effort to resolve our issue. Hence I request you to please take strict action against them their services are pathetic and there way of doing business is poor and improper. Thanks
