I have Tikona Broadband connection ID 1110594905 subscribed on 05 july 14 after giving advance rental of 03 months. Since 23.08.2014 I am facing continuous problem of poor network and fluctuating signals. I have registered many complaints to there customer care center and they have tried to resolve it at there end (Server problem) and by sending Technician at my residence but complaint not resolved till date . After failing all efforts I have requested to close my connection on 16 Sep 14 but they have not processed it . But when I requested forcely on 22.09.14 they have again gave me a schedule of closing procedure of 15 days and in the mean time if connection used for even for testing it will be treated as activated . It shows that firm is intentionally adopting these tactics to complete the complete the advance rental period. Firm has also said that they will not refund any amount paid as advance rental and installation charges will also be levied. Therefore it is requested that I shall be refunded advance rental paid after the period 23.08.14 and installation charges shall also be refunded as I am closing connection due to poor services and signals. with Regards Naresh Chander Gaur
