Tikona Broadband – Not getting proper speed

My userid is 1108386546. I am forced to write this because no one from Tikona seems to be paying any heed to the customer complaints. Please read this and be warned before taking any connection from Tikona. Coming back to my issue, I am not getting proper speed from my Internet Connection. Last time this happened was during mid July 2014 i.e. from 14th July on wards. So not much time has elapsed since I was forced to escalate my complaint to the appellate authority. I am not getting more then 700Kbps speed when I have got the plan of 4Mbps. At times I am getting speed as low as 126Kbps which is way below the speed of 512Kbps specified by TRAI for classifying any connection as broadband connection. So I guess I do not have a broadband connection and Tikona is doing blatant frauds by terming such connections as broadband connections. I have raised several complaints but there has been no improvement. The connection worked fine (I got speed of around 2Mbps not 4Mpbs) for few hours and all the complaints were closed. I am telling this from past experience when I was refused waiver by Tikona team because I was having connectivity even when the connectivity was pathetic and I was not at all getting the speed for which I was paying.. I have even dropped mail to appellate authority many times but the quality of service has not improved.

Quality of Service should be improved. There should be a defined time within which the complaint should be resolved.
