Tikona Broadband – Paying rental without service

My Tikona broadband is not working properly from last 2 weeks. I have almost called and emailed customer care daily. They never respond and no solution.I am paying rental but not getting service. . my details are below : Name : Kuldeep Giri User Id : 1110605145 Problem : 1). Very high latency in network (between 500 ms – 1000ms) and getting almost 1/10 speed. 2)-Lots of fluctuation in speed. 3)-Frequently disconnects Please note that I have attached complete mail communication with this complaint. Previously complaint 100957.3.2014 was raised for same problem.

I want Tikona to fix the problem as soon as possible and wave off the rental from the day I reported problem(06-Sep-2014) until the issue is resolved because 2 weeks already completed with problem which is significant time.
