I took the Tikona broadband connection (ID 1109443013) on Dec 4, 2013 and prepaid the 3 months of rental, total sum of Rs. 2950/-. But since then I was facing the issue of “frequent disconnection” in of my Internet. I raised several complaints and even Tikona’s technical team agreed with the issue but they were not able to resolve it in next 4 months. Hence, in the end I requested Tikona to disconnect my connection and refund my prepaid money given. Below are all the related details: First payment received by Tikona on 4th Dec. 2013 of Rs. 2,950/- w.r.t TT no. 1-2968903430 Below are many of complaints I did(Complaint# on date#): 1-2983603437 on 30/12/2013, 1-2984980625 on 01/01/2014, 1-2989338477 on 06/01/2014, 1-2994494923 on 12/1/2014, 1-2994414867 on 12/1/2014, 1-2996851236 on 14/1/2014, 1-2999535183 on 17/1/2014, 1-3005344933 on 24/1/2014, 1-3005153346 on 25/1/2014, 1-3019715529 on 10/2/2014 They CLOSED these every time without any proper resolution. Apart from these complaints many times I emailed and in the end because of not getting any resolution I requested them to disconnection my connection and refund my prepaid money back. Finally I myself removed the Tikona line from my flat and stopped using their connection since March 30, 2014. Now they’ve disconnected my connection but instead of refunding me the money they are demanding me to pay the amount of Rs.1326.66/- and I’m now getting harassed by their legal calls. So, I’ve to come to the “Consumer forum” to make an unbiased decision to this. As Rs. 1326.66/- is not a big amount for someone to pay-off but why should I pay for their really bad Internet service and customer support. Hoping for a resolution to this soon. If required, I can provide the copy of all the email conversations with Tikona customer care.
Stop giving me legal calls for payment due and refund my pre-paid money.
