I took tikona infinet and got a static ip 113.193.231.110 i paid around 28,000/- for my 5 mbps line including installation for one month. They asked for 3 month charges i denied and they managed to give me service on 1 month basis. From the first day i got worst speed. I am an IT professional and when i dial tikona care they gave me another number for their bombay support. That number is for their advanced technical support. But those guys doesn’t have any knowledge regarding any thing. All they told me is from there end its fine. As the matter of details.. I didnot get my id and other details yet its been 3 days from instalation and 15 days from the time i applied for the connection. I called them 1000 times and did not get any satisfactory response. All they say is am using my full bandwidth. Even when my all 5 systems are off. I rate ****minus 10(-10) out of 10******. Worst service ever.
