Purchaed tikon wi bro service on 20 March and paid the three month advance ( 20 march – 19 June). But there service was very poor. Finally there service broke down and my last login was 20 may. I have used the services only for two months. They surpassed thier all deadlines and finally I opted for termination. Then I recieved a call from disconnection team that they will improve the services and I should give them a chance. I agreed on 28 may 2014. But after 2 months and after several reminders they did not started the service. And also raised bill in advance inspite they know thier service is down. Now I request you sir please to deak the matter.
Want my refund. Compensation for mental harassment I am facing due to them from May. False due should be removed.
