I had taken a broadband connection on dec 8th 2012 and internet connection has been unstable and speed not up to mark. Have complained thrice and have not got any action,Service executive were rude and it has caused lots of trouble for me due to nonavailability of internet Tikona user id – 1107536079 No tax invoice slip has provided for the payment of 3300 rs which was made on dec 8th 2012

No tax invoice has been issued for the payment which was made on dec 8th 2012 Internet was promised at the speed of 2mbps for 30GB for 6 months But so far have not being able to use internet due to frequent drop in connection Missed a important office conference call due to unavailibilty of internet on 2nd jan 2013

I expect the service provider to provide me suitable compensation for causing me mental and physical agony due to unavailability of broadband I would like to have refund of my payment and provide suitable explanation for the breach of service
