I had disconnected the Tikona broadband connection and made a full and final settlement for the same. I even paid for the month when the service was not functional even for a minute. Now they are charging me with not only bills for the month of November and December but Legal allegations as well saying that i haven’t paid the due amount.I have the e-mail for the full and final settlement but they are replying to any of the mails that i have sent them.
Want them to come up with a solution for the same instead of harassing me over and over again and from next time onwards to do their job properly and on time. Attached is the mail and also the name of the Tikona correspondent who came to my place and took the device and equipments during disconnection.
