SUBJECT-(Complaint against TIKONA BROADBAND MUMBAI FOR INCORRECT BILLING AND HARASSING FOR MONEY THROUGH COLLECTION CALLS AND PEOPLE CLAIMING TO BE ADVOCATES CALLING FROM DELHI COURT, WHO ARE THEIR COLLECTION AGENTS) Tikona service id-1105259855 Tikona billing account number-116718775 I had installed TIKONA BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION at my place on 30/12/2011 and paid 1100. The sales exe mis-sold the connection saying it’s a prepaid connection but later I received bills and came to know it’s a postpaid. Before installation of service, I received a bill (B123727268- for INR 51.50- bill dated 24/25 december 2011). I cld customer care and a rep named (JAGDISH) he said its a pre-installation bill and to ignore it on (28/12/2011) However, as per bill number-B1-26239460-(BILL CYCLE 26 December, 2011 till 25 January, 2012), I received a bill for INR 363.09. In this bill INR 51.50 was included which was told by customer care JAGDISH to ignore as it was incorrect’ Further charges towards recurring charges were levied in the above bill. Knowing this, I cld CC and spoke to ANAND and he told me that bill was incorrect . I told him to cancel my service which they never did & kept charging me till date. i had already paid for what i have used (total charge of 1500 during activation) I returned their MODEM and have an original copy of returning it. I’M getting legal/threatening calls from TIKONA’s TPA/collection team who claim to be advocate calling from Delhi high court to pay o/s amount of 1003.00 (which includes recurring charges and lpc) otherwise they will take legal action.i have got the calls recorded. Pls assist in this case. i dont owe anything to tikona and have already paid for what i have used. TIKONA have adopted false practices to drag money from me from ppl claiming to be their advocate calling delhi civil court and high court to get the money of 1003.00

i want TIKONA to stop these calls/emails and zeroise my account and i don’t owe them anything and stop this matter and give me a no due letter as the 1003.00 amount is only charges and recurring amount charged by them everymonth, even though i told them to disconnect my service which they never did.
