Dear, My tikona account user ID is 1108347049. I am continuously receiving your payment dues since last 4 months. But since last four month I am not using your service.I connection is deactivated by you. As I was not in NCR so I was able to reply on your mail. I have submitted my request to disconnect my net connection but you did not do this. Your service area manger visited to my place and he said that tikona is not able to provide you service now due to some geographical problems. I paid my bill regularly on time before happening this problem and you are sending me notice regarding my payments dues as I did not use your service since last four months. Today I got a call from a advocate that you have issued a court notice regarding my payment dues. Few days earlier when I got a demand notice mail on my email id I called to your customer care and told him about this problem.I told him that I did not use your service from last 4 months and i told them there was any amount dues for the service which i used that I can pay and now i want to shift my connection other place. He assured me that my problem will be resolve in 4 days and you can shift your connection after paying the amount which you used for our service before 4 months. I got my complaint no. from your costumer care. My complaint no.is 1-3179690191.But I didn’t get any response from your customer care till now. Its just a totally harassment by you. Today i paid 3139 rs amount as your advocate told me.But My outstanding was 1639. Its a harassment of your customer after being your regular payee of your service. You were not able to provide my internet that time.But I am suffering from your harassment. As you harassed me I will definitely not recommend any one to use your service. I will go to consumer forum for this harassment. I don’t know why i have to 3139 Rs. though my outstanding amount was 1639 Rs. You have to be feel apologies for your harassment.
I want money back and i want legal action against them so that they can not do these kind of problem for others in future. i want compensation for mentally harassment.
