I had been a Broadband User of TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK’s Wi Broadband Service having USER ID : 1101369118. My complaint details are as below. I had registered at Tikona for Disconnection on 24th March 2014. but they didn’t processed my request till date (19th May 2014) despite calling several times and they are now Billing me for not even using there service, despite the fact that I am not using it since 25th March. I have enough evidence to prove it.
I don’t want to pay any form of penalty or bill on my Side, as I have requested several times for disconnection its their fault and ignorance that they are not doing their part of work. If possible I want compensation for the mental harassment I have suffered during this procedure.
